COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Patient Questionnaires to provide feedback on the Medical Practice are issued on a regular basis in order to achieve the best of medical care.
In the event of a complaint, this should initially be brought to the attention of Dr Court and if not resolved at this level will be referred to the Independent Doctors Forum complaints procedure, an organisation to which the Practice is affiliated.
