From July 2009 an optional annual registration fee of £70.00 can be paid, in which case the following items are non chargeable.
a) Booking of investigations and completion of forms.
b) Repeat prescriptions requested by telephone or e-mail - requires 24 hours notice.
c) Completion of insurance and passport forms.
d) Telephone and e-mail advice.
Patients not wishing to subscribe may be charged from £15 per item for the above services.
